Place your orders online and we will ship your Engineer Hat within approximately 2 weeks. Engineer hats will ship in the United States by USPS First Class Mail, unless you choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Currently, we are not shipping Engineer Hats outside of the United States.

If you select Engineer Hats Styles 2,3, or 4, please review your order carefully and verify that the Name for each Engineer Hat is spelled correctly; please verify that that the correct color and size options are selected. In the event that you choose to return an Non-Personalized Engineer Hat or other non-personalized product, please contact us for return shipping authorization and instructions. When returned items are received, you will be credited for the purchase price of the items returned, minus shipping.

If your Engineer Hat is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can re-ship your Hat as soon as possible.
